Valerie Sorrano Keating
Val has over 30 years of experience across multiple industry segments, including: financial services, consumer, B2B and digital industries.
Most recently Val served as the CEO of Barclaycard for 6 years. Prior to Barclaycard, Val spent 16 years at American Express where she was a member of the Global Management Committee and led multiple business units. Val has been recognized as one of the most influential corporate directors by Women Inc. magazine.
Jonathan leads the long-term corporate strategy, marketing and sales at Engage People.
He has over 20 years of experience driving growth in the loyalty and technology industry. Prior to Engage People, Jonathan held numerous senior positions in the loyalty sector and was Chairman and Co-owner of MyAxs, and CEO and Co-founder of Access (formerly LRG Rewards).
Len oversees the long-term technology vision of Engage People and is responsible for driving continued innovation.
Len started his first technology company at the age of 18 and most recently was the Director and Chief Technology Officer with Access (formerly LRG Rewards). His passion is web-based application design and development across a wide variety of business applications, particularly in user interfaces and process automation.
CFO, CPA, CA
Peter is a senior financial leader with extensive knowledge and experience managing finance, administration and information technology.
During his career, Peter has held senior leadership positions in both public and private organizations. While employed by PwC, Peter spearheaded assurance teams with a focus on clients with highly technical and complex assignments such as IFRS/US GAAP conversion, accounting adoption and communication. He has also consulted with regulators to design, develop and implement internal controls and ERP conversions.
Chief Legal Officer
Sam is responsible for Engage People’s legal and regulatory affairs and plays a key role in corporate governance, compliance and risk management.
He is also the company’s Chief Privacy Officer and a member of the Compliance Committee. During his over 30-year career, Sam has worked with top law firms in Canada and the US. As a private practitioner, Sam’s clients have included: technology companies, media and entertainment businesses, public utilities and professional and amateur sports organizations.
Sam received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and graduated magna cum laude from Vermont Law School, where he was a Vermont Legal Scholar, an editor of the Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Advisory Board. He is a member of Engage People’s leadership team.
